From March 31st to April 2nd, organized by CUFE Business School, "Sichuan Weihong Food dealers to enhance the financial capacity of executives workshop" was held successfully, from all over the country, 103 students participated in the training.
On the morning of March 31, the opening ceremony of the training course was held. Professor Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business School and Director of MBA Education Center, Central University of Finance and Economics and Cui Ying, General Manager of Sichuan Weihong Hong Food Sales Co attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
Professor Lin Song firstly welcomed the arrival of 103 trainees on behalf of CUFE Business School, and introduced the profound academic and humanistic heritage of CUFE from the aspects of school history and disciplinary advantages, etc. He said that this training is not only an innovative model of integration of industry and education, but also a vivid practice of leaping up the capability of financial talents in the era of digital intelligence.
Cui Ying expressed his gratitude to CUFE Business School for the careful preparation. He pointed out that in the fierce market competition, financial capability is the core competitiveness of the dealer system. He hoped that all the executives would cherish the learning opportunity and bring the advanced concept back to the enterprise to promote the synergistic development of business and finance.
This 3-day training course focuses on three core objectives: the first is to help managers understand the operating logic behind the financial data, the second is to establish a forward-looking awareness of financial risk prevention, and the third is to enhance the ability to use financial tools to create greater value. The experts taught the course from the analysis of key indicators of financial statements to the practical experience of cost control; from the bottom line thinking of tax compliance to the optimization of the efficiency of resource allocation, the course content is always in line with the real needs of the enterprise and help dealers to develop.
On April 2, the workshop held a graduation ceremony, CUFE Business School Dean, Professor Lin Song issued certificates for the trainees, and sent the trainees to integrate what they have learned into the enterprise practice, to promote the sustainable development of Sichuan Weihong Hong dealer system. Participants have said that the training not only improves the financial management capabilities, but also a deeper level of thinking about business operations, will go back to further practice the knowledge gained, optimize resource allocation and enhance core competitiveness.
