The successful hosting of this event reflects the CUFE Business School's active exploration in deepening industry-education integration, promoting curriculum-based ideological and political education, and innovating talent development models. As a key practical component of the national first-class undergraduate program in Human Resource Management, the event adopted an innovative format combining "theoretical teaching + practical analysis + alumni interaction." Vice President Li Jianjun's special lecture on AI and educational development organically integrated technological innovation with the concept of moral education, injecting contemporary significance into professional courses. The three alumni used real-world workplace cases to engage in in-depth discussions with students on practical challenges and strategies in HR management, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry practice. This innovative industry-university collaborative education practice not only enriched the teaching methods of the Human Resource Management course but also provided students with fresh industry insights, helping them establish a comprehensive cognitive system of "value guidance-knowledge imparting-ability development-career growth." It offers strong support for cultivating new-generation management talents to meet the demands of the digital economy era.
