On the morning of April 29, 2025 (Tuesday), CUFE Business School successfully held the Special Academic Lecture of CUFE 2025 and the Ninth Lecture of Academic Excellence Lecture Theatre of Business School 2025 in the classroom 506 of the Main Teaching Building of the South College Road Campus. The lecture invited Zhang Aichao, Vice President of Worth Buying Technology Group, as the guest speaker. Teachers and graduate students from the School of Business attended the event.

The meeting was hosted by Prof. Gu Leilei, head of the Department of Marketing Management of the Business School of Central University of Finance and Economics. Before the lecture, Prof. Gu Leilei introduced Zhang Aichao's background in detail. Zhang Aichao is currently the vice president of Worth Buying Technology Group, in charge of the operation and management of Consumer Industry Research Institute and Consumer Data Business Group. He has 15 years of experience in brand marketing and strategic management, and has managed the construction and operation of several advanced businesses from 0-1. During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, he led and completed brand strategy planning projects for many large enterprises, including China Tourism Group, China Post Group, China Merchants Shipping Group, Yanghe Company and Meituan Distribution, etc., and has rich experience in business practice and planning and implementation capabilities.

Mr. Zhang Aichao, Vice President of the company, focused on how marketing practitioners can rationally look at the integrated management logic of brands in terms of users, channels and products under the wave of AI sweeping through the business. In the face of increasingly complex market environment and user characteristics, how to better insight into consumer behavior, and effective use of AI's advanced technology and accurate analysis capabilities, to achieve the most urgent “cost reduction and efficiency” of the enterprise's marketing value.
After the lecture, the participating teachers and students focused on the topic shared by Vice President Zhang Aichao, and engaged in a lively discussion on AI-driven emotion recognition, user profiling and personalized labeling in the age of AI, further deepening the exchange between academia and practice.
