March 14, 2025, the Business School's 2025 Spring Academic Forum for Doctoral students was successfully held at the Conference Room 615 of the Main Teaching Building. The forum was dominated by doctoral students from the Business School. Professor Wang Junjie, associate professor of the Department of Marketing, Professor Mou Shandong, director of the Department of Supply Chain and Operations Management, and Professor Ji Xiaode, assistant professor of the Department of Organization and Human Resources of the Business School were specially invited as reviewers.

In the forum, four doctoral students made reports on topics, research background, research significance and value, research content, research design and difficulties. After carefully listening to the report, the reviewers put forward specific modification suggestions and inspiring guidance from the aspects of theory application, research hypothesis, model construction, research methods, data acquisition, and research innovation. The accurate comments of the reviewers not only provided valuable academic suggestions for the reporters, but also guided the doctoral students who participated in the forum to pay attention to the frontier of the discipline, broaden their research horizons, and improve their academic innovation ability.
The Doctoral Academic Forum of Business School implements the mission of "contributing new knowledge of management", aims to provide a platform for doctoral students to exchange ideas, share experience, enrich knowledge and promote friendship, and encourages doctoral students to start from the major issues of China's economic and social development, combine China's management practice with cutting-edge management theories, actively carry out management research and enhance doctoral students' sense of responsibility and mission in researching China issues and telling China stories.
