Longma Shangyin Lecture Hall | Alumni “Sharing Industry Insights with You” Financial Sector Career Development Sharing Session Successfully Held

On the evening of January 3, 2024, the CUFE Business School’s “Longma Shangyin Lecture Hall” series event, the alumni “Sharing Industry Insights with You” Financial Sector Career Development Planning Exchange Session, was successfully held at MBA Education Center A02, attracting a large number of student participants. The event invited 7 CUFE Business School alumni from Guizhen Hongrui Fund, Bank of Beijing, China Development Bank, CITIC Securities, Founder Securities, PICC, Putai Investment, and other institutions spanning banking, insurance, fund, and securities sectors to share their workplace insights and valuable experience, providing career development guidance for students.



At the beginning of the event, 7 alumni introduced the characteristics of their respective industries, covering investment, banking, securities, insurance, and other fields:

They not only shared their career experiences but also addressed students’ concerns regarding internships, job hunting, and workplace development through in-depth discussions.



During the interactive session, participating students actively raised questions on industry selection, internship performance, offer decision-making, workplace adaptation, campus life, and interpersonal relationships. The alumni patiently provided detailed answers tailored to individual inquiries. This exchange not only deepened students’ understanding of the financial industry but also offered critical references for their future career planning and campus life.



The success of this sharing session reflects not only positive interaction between alumni and current students but also serves as a substantial learning and growth opportunity. The alumni’s experience sharing has undoubtedly opened new perspectives for students’ career development and inspired their reflection and exploration of future workplaces.
